Read MoreYesterday we put an air-to-air exchanger in a partly finished basement. This home had too many openings in the foundation and therefore a normal sub-slab wasn't possible. Here you can see the HRV in the unfinished space and how we got air flow to the finished area. Using these types of vents means maximum airflow while still maintaining a nice esthetic in the basement living space.
